Training Social Workers Filled with Values——A Brief Analysis on the Education of Social Work Values

As a result of the reform and open policy, social work education has developed rapidly. However, there appear some problems in the process of the development. The deficiency in the education of social work values is the key point which restricts the sustainable development of social work education. Therefore, the paper analyses the significance of the education of social work values and mainly discusses the reasons of its deficiency in the hope of putting forward effective measures which will train social workers filled with values.
