Abstract
The addition of Sodium sulfide can reduce the concentration of Cu2+ and Pb2+,thus it can prevent the activation of sphalerite by Cu2+ and Pb2+,resulting in good depression of sphalerite in bulk copper-lead flotation. In this paper, the flotation of a complex copper-lead-zinc multi-metallic sulphide ore is carried out with combined xanthate as collector and combined Na2S+Na2SO3+ZnSO4 as depressant. After the open circuit test of one roughing, one scavenging and one cleaning,a mixed Cu-Pb concentrate with 11.21 % Cu grade,87.40 % copper recovery,44.09 % Pb grade,79.38 % lead recovery, and 2.08 % Zn grade is obtained.
