An Analysis of Constitutional Government from Political Perspective

Constitutional government,based on the constitution of a country,is a political form and process which realizes the value of the constitution.The value of the government is to maintain democratic effectively,achieve reasonable station of power and guarantee human rights.All of the three values point to power,the core of politics,are closely related to have power in motion and ensure the application of power to be in accordance with the aim of constitutional government.So it is the criterion and restrictions of power that are the core value of a constitutional government.
