On Mutual Effect Mechanism of Knowledge Economy and Industrial Structure Adjustment

Knowledge economy in 21 century will gradually occupy the leading position of the international economy. For the developed countries, knowledge economy is the inevitable result of the development of productive forces. For the industrial developing contries both opportunity and challenge simultaneously exist. The present paper dicusses the mutual effect mechanism between knowledge economy and industrial structure adjustment. It is certain that their mutual effectiveness is beneficial to economical growth and the development of knowledge economy.
