Abstract

The paper analyzes the relationship between enterprise production strategies and supply chain network architecture,explores the commonplace supply chain integration strategies,and through a case study on a certain enterprise A,demonstrates the importance for an enterprise to adopt production strategies compatible with the network architecture of the supply chain it is a part of as well as the significance of supply chain integration.
