Abstract

A common air-source heat pump is reconstructed with a heat-recovery device installed into it to heat up living-water with the recovered heat. The performance of the reconstructed heat pump is examined,on a yearly basis,in the following experiments presented in this paper. This paper also presents the comparison of the performance of the heat pump before and after the reconstruction, comes to the conclusion that the heat pump, equipped with a heat recovery device,is an energy-saving unit capable of both air-conditioning and living-water heating, and gives an account of the performing problem that may occur in winter.
