Analysis of Legal Issues on Development of Sports Club

Abstract

In the early 1990s,in order to promote the professionalization of China's competitive sports,the Physical Culture and Sports Commission of the PRC set up various professional clubs on behalf of football club which took football as a breakthrough.But as a special main body,the establishment and operation of sports clubs lack of corresponding laws and regulations,the management system and operation mode of the corporate governance structure are missing,which has led to more dissension especially those legal dissension occurred in the operation of clubs.This paper observes this issue of the sports club from the legal aspects and proposes some solutions.
