Application value of N-EMG before and after operation for neurotomy

Abstract
To study the diagnostic value of N-EMG before and after operation for neurotomy.Methods:Ten cases of patients with neurotomy were examinated before or 3 , 6 and 12 month after operation were made by Neuropack electromyograph.Results:All parameters of N-EMG were significantly abnormal before the operation were made,but the abnornal parameters become better to some extent 3,6 and 12 month after the operation were made.Six month after operation is the optimum time to asses whether the operation is success.Conclusion:N-EMG is an important method to asses the degrees of neurotomy and whether the operation for neurotomy is success.
