Abstract
We were interested in determining whether the interleukin2 (IL2) could be an adjuvent to increase the immune response of mouse to inactivated rabies virus vaccine.BALB/c mice and Swiss mice were divided equally into two groups respectively.They were immunized by the inactivated rabies virus vaccine with IL2 or without IL2.The results showed that the antivirus IgGantibodies and virusneutralizing antibodies had appeared 5 days earlier for the group with IL2 than the one without IL2.The antibody titer had raised much higher for the group with IL2 than another one.
