Thinking on the filling construction problem of shoal soil of sea dike along the coast of Guangxi

The paper lists the indexes of the shoal soil on the sites of several sea dikes along the coast of Guangxi, sums up their characteristic, puts forward two problems for solving in the sea dikes construction, makes clear the mayor forms and the mechanics theory of the present broken dikes. In view of the problems in designing and filling construction of sea dike on the heavily moistened shoal soil, the primary thinking has been proposed here.
