Abstract
With the development of EDA technologies and the improvement of programmable logic devices performance,FPGA-based programmable system on a chip technology as the system design provides a simple,flexible and efficient way.In the design of SoPC system based on NiosII,almost all the applications are designed to use Flash memory.Flash programming need to be supported by the corresponding of the target board.This paper discusses in detail the creation and application of the practical application of Flash programming target board.
