Abstract
It studies the steady-state operation of the ultrasonic motor modeling problem.Since traditional motor steady-state model is too complex and large amount of computation,Affect the performance of ultrasonic motor system optimization.To solve these problems,Reduce the complexity of the model,Propose thatbased on Kirchof plate theory,using a way of the traveling wave ring type ultrasonic motor stator and rotor contact with simplified two-dimensional elastic contact problem to model.And simulation with matlab software model of the ultrasonic motor.operating data of ultrasonic motor by The model,consistent with the measured values better.Proved by experiments,the simulation model is simple,computing time is short,for the further development of the traveling wave ring type ultrasonic motor and performance optimization provide a basis.
