A Thought on The Construction and Status of Agricultural Machinery Extending and Service System

Currently,the country-level and township agricultural machinery extension institutes are in a state where the orientation is indenifite,the mechanism is in poor flow,expenditure is insufficient and otherwise,which severely impact the development of promotion function.To solve these problems,effective measures shall be taken around three aspects;firstly,to carry out the financial budget in full in accordance with laws and fully make use of the promotion function of agricultural machinery;secondly,to accelerate the construction of agricultural machinery promotion system,so as to improve the agricultural machinery promotion and service ability;thirdly,innovate service methods,so as to improve agricultural machinery promotion mode.
