Abstract

China is now still at the primary stage of socialism. This fact is the gist and starting point of policy-making of the Party. How to understand the meaning of the theory of primary stage socialism? We should not be content with the present situation, but continually enrich the theory. At present, a creative and profund understanding of this theory has a great significance for the construction of socialism with a Chinese character.
