Abstract

Corporate financing structure has an important influence on the development of enterprises,but because of the economic system,the capital market conditions,the level of economic development and other reasons,there are some significantly different preferences between China's enterprises and enterprises of the financing of Western developed countries.In this paper,a comparative analysis of Chinese and foreign enterprises of different financing structures and the causes of the status quo,and thus get some inspiration.
