Abstract
This paper indicates the importance of human resource management in libraries in the era of a knowledge-driven economy, and puts forward three reforming measures: deepen the reform of organization, optimize the staff organizingand improve the mechanism of motivation. It also suggests that modern advanced management methods such as flexiblemanagement, career management and organization of creative learning should be introduced into the library constructions.
