Investigation and Analysis of Employment Intention of Students in Physical Department of Nanjing Sport Institute

With the development of society and economy, the pressure of employment is increasing year by year, students of physical department in physical education as a special group of employment,employment opportunities are limited, graduates are facing more employment pressurer, therefore,using the methods of literature, questionnaire, expert interview, mathematical statistics and so on,students in physical department of Nanjing Sport Institute as research objects, study its employment intention and influencing factors, conclude and put forward the corresponding suggestions for the existing problems, has a scientific and rational practical guiding significance to provide more targeted employment guidance for students in physical department of the Nanjing Sport Institute and promote employment of graduates.
