Abstract
A RP-HPLC method for determination of chlorogenic acid and gallic acid in tea from different regions was established.The results showed that the liner range of chlorogenic acid was 0.092~0.92 μg,and the liner range of gallic acid was 0.075 6~0.756 0 μg.The method was accurate,rapid,reproducible and suitable for determination of chlorogenic acid and gallic acid in tea. There were significant differences in the contents of chlorogenic acid and gallic acid in tea from five regions.
