Reflection about Current Situation and Countermeasures of Xinjiang Agricultural Information Service Networking

Based on the region and the humane characteristics in Xinjiang, This text analyzed the current situation of agricultural information service of networking. Give an example that “Xinjiang Agricultural Network” is the best agricultural service network, and prove that the construction of the agricultural information website in Xinjiang has been in the all of the district and over half of the counties, it even spread to the villages and towns. I think the problem in the agricultural information networking in Xinjiang is from the management system is not suitable and the information resource is short of the effective conformity and exploitation; the agricultural information establishment is backward and the farmers in the impoverished areas are short of the necessary conditions to obtain the information; the collection of the information and the procession in work is not perfect, the service level is poor; the standardization level of agricultural information is laggard, the collection of the information and the method of disposal are backward; the degree of the industrialization in agriculture industry is low, be lack of the normal demand to information; be shot of the Uygur agricultural information network and the special network of the characteristic farm produce in Xinjiang .Based on the analysis about these problems, six measures and the suggestion are proposed for the construction of Xinjiang agriculture information network.
