Abstract

【Objective】 To compare the effectiveness of full-field digital mammography(FFDM) magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) and breast ultrasound in the diagnosis of breast cancer.【Methods】 Forty-one patients with 47 breast lesions(20 malignant and 27 benign lesions) underwent preoperative breast ultrasound FFDM and MRI.【Results】 The imaging and pathological findings were compared, and the detection rates of the lesions by breast ultrasound FFDM and MRI were 72.5%, 97.5%, and 82.5%, respectively(P0.05).【Conclusion】 MRI is superior to FFDM in the detection and diagnosis of breast diseases.
