Abstract
Objective:To explore the related factors of post-stroke depression (PSD). Method:198 patients with stroke were evaluated by Hamilton depression rating scale (HAMD). Results:The incidence of depression in patients with stroke was 36.9%(73/198).Logistic regression analysis showed that important related factors of post-stroke depression included negative life accidents, history of heart vascular diseases, history of depression, number of lesion, lesion location and history of stroke. Conclusion:The related factors of post-stroke depression has negative life accidents, history of heart vascular diseases, history of depression, number of lesion, lesion location and history of stroke.Post-stroke depression may be caused by both neurobiological and psychosocial factors.
