Abstract
High intensity focused ultrasound transmit the low-energy ultrasound together in the target instantly generate high temperature,by thermal effect,cavitation effect and mechanical effect to kill tumor,the fundamental principle is coagulative necrosis.It is especially suitable for the treatment of breast tumor due to the noninvasiveness of smaller damage to surrounding tissue.In recent years,there have been a lot of research in the mechanism of high intensity focused ultrasound in treatment of tumor;the safety,effectiveness,image monitoring during treatment,and the effect on immune.
