Abstract

Research work on uncooled microbolometer infrared focal plane arrays(UMBIRFPA) has become a hot spot in our country.The principle of microbolometer is introduced in this paper,as well as the simplified calculation and analysis.Schemes on the design of structure,material,capsulation,readout circuit are also given.
