Abstract
Based on the theory of hydrodynamic lubrication,a three-dimensional lubrication model was presented to analyze the performance characteristics of intermediate bearing exciting with the impact load. The model considers the influence of roughness surface and directional parameter of surface. The Reynolds equation was solved by the finite difference method. The parameters of lubrication performance, such as oil film thickness and journal center trail were determined to analyze the lubrication performances of intermediate bearing under the impact load.
