Property Of Drilling Fluid for Natural Gas Hydrate on Seafloor

Abstract
Based on an analysis of the characteristics of drilling fluid for seafloor natural gas hydrate bearing sediments drilling,and to ensure the safety of drilling in this strata,the work applied the natural gas hydrate simulating mini drilling experimental system and conducted the inhibition experiments of polyalcohol drilling fluid,and low temperature rheological property of polyalcohol drilling fluid test as well.The author put forward that it is necessary to choose proper drilling fluid agents to ensure a good low temperature behavior of drilling fluid and the capability to inhibit the gas hydrate effectively.
