Abstract
Objective: Observation serpentine endoscopic tracheal intubation,especially the effects of difficult airway intubation. Method: required general anesthesia for elective surgery patients,200 cases were randomly divided into two groups ( snake-like tube endoscopic intubation) ,comparison group ( direct laryngoscopy intubation) ,each of 100 cases. Were observed intubation time-consuming,test plug number,number of intubation complications. Results: the control group intubation-related complications occurred significantly more than the number of the observation group ( P 0. 05) . Class Ⅰ ~ Ⅱ in the glottis was observed under exposure group was significantly more than control group consuming intubation ( P 0. 05) ,wipe the number of occurrence of the number of intubation complications There was no significant difference ( P 0. 05) . Class Ⅲ ~ Ⅳ in the glottis was observed under exposure group intubation time-consuming,test plug number and the number of occurrence of intubation complications were significantly less than the control group ( P 0. 05) . Conclusion: Serpentine endoscopic intubation tube test plug can effectively reduce the number of difficult airway intubation to improve the success rate,reducing intubation time-consuming to reduce the intubation-related complications,is a solution of difficult airway intubation effective technology.
