Abstract
Objective:To discuss the efficacy and safety of advanced lung cancer patientstreated with radiofrequency abiation(RFA). Methods:Twelve advanced lung cancer patients were treated with RFA in local anaesthesia 8 under CTscan,2 through VATS.RFA temperature from 56℃C to 90℃,Procedure time from 30 to 120 minutes.Results:Forth RFA were done in 12 patients.2 of them done twice.6 patients appeared pain during RFA,3 of them with cough and hemoptysis separately.After RRA 4 of them presented with pulmonary edema. Pneumothorax in2patient,pulmonary hemorrhage in one.No patients died in the hospital.Conclusion:Percutaneous radiofrequency ablation might be safe to treat advanced lung cancer Its long term result need to be studied further.
