Abstract
Objective:To assess pharmacokinetic profile of domestic aripiprazole tablets.Meth- ods: 12 healthy volunteers were administered with a single oral doses of domestic aripiprazole 20 mg.The plasma samples from the volunteers were collected to measure aripiprazole concentrations by HPLC.The pharmacokinetic parameters were derived from the blood-aripiprazole concentration data using DAS 1.0 program. Results:The main pharmacokinetic parameters of domestic aripiprazole preparation were as fol- lows:C_(max)(108.4±22.5)μg·L~(-1),T_(max)(4.9±0.7)h,AUC_(0~192h)(5748.2±874.5)μg·h·L~(-1),t_(1/2)β(107.43±29.03)h,CL/F(3.56±0.55)L.h~(-1) and V/F(261.60±49.14)L.Conclusion:The concentration-time curves of aripiprazole were conformed to a two-compartment open model, and no sig- nificant difference between male and female volunteers was found.
