Abstract
As an important part of traffic system of China, railway transportation has significant promotion effect on China′s economy. The requirement on railway transportation is changing in varying stages of economic development. Not only the scale and speed of railway transportation must meet the requirement of economic development, but also the developing level of management and structure of railway transportation system should adapt to the economic development.
