Analysis of Developing Tendency and Influence of Foreign Retail Enterprises in Hunan

With the unceasing opening of Chinese retail industry to the world,foreign retail enterprises speed up their pace in occupying Hunan's retail market,so the competition is fiercer than before.This paper analyzes the developing tendency of foreign retail enterprises from the aspects of quantity,scale,retailing type,and operation areas,and also analyzes the influences of their coming into this market from positive and negative sides.The paper holds that under the circumstance of complete opening,the competition with foreign retail industry in the same district is the necessary way to develop local retail enterprises in Hunan.
