Comparison of the Thoughts for Psychological Harmony between Confucianism and Taoism in the Pre-Qin Dynasty

Abstract

Both Confucianism and Taoism in the Pre-Qin Dynasty take as their own moral value's connotation and ideal goal,which contains a wealth of thoughts for psychological harmony.Through the analysis and comparison of their similarities and differences of thoughts for psychological harmony of Confucianism and Taoism in the Pre-Qin Dynasty,we can conclude that although they have the difference and disparity of the approaches and methods of achieving the psychological harmony,they have similarities in obtaining inward psychological harmony,and also have a common starting point and the ultimate standing point to access the psychological harmony.The Confucianism and Taoism in the Pre-Qin Dynasty,just like the two wings of a bird,two-wheels of a vehicle,jointly support and promote the inheritance and development of thoughts for psychological harmony.
