Abstract

This article introduces several commonly used methods for the preparation of nanometer tin dioxide,in which the sol-gel method is widely adopted and discusses the fundamentals and process for the preparation of nanometer tin dioxide.The article also analyses the features of nanometer tin dioxide and briefly discusses the effect of changing hot temperature on nanometer tin dioxide.
