Abstract
People always have different points about the definition of litigation evidence, whether these points touch the core of litigation evidence or bear some defectiveness. The paper focuses on the evidences in civil procedure, and tries to argue that evidences in civil procedure are the materials both parties offer to the courts to prove the fact of case, and that the court get through inquiry or by authority.
