Revitalizing Northeast industrial base in all-round way and recreating the fourth growth pole of China's economy

In view of the backward situation of Northeast old industrial base's economic development,this paper analyzes the chief causes and points out the feasibility of revitalizing the old Northeast industrial base.The paper puts forward the following countermeasures:deepening state-owned enterprises' reform,adjusting industrial structure and economic structure,strengthening regional economic integration,cultivating industry colony competitive advantages,revitalizing Northeast old industrial base to become China's fourth economic growth pole.
