Abstract
This paper analyzes the effect of ownership structure on corporate performance.We examine the status-quo of ownership structure for China listed companies and test the relationship between ownership structure and corporate performance through statistical analysis and regression approach.The research shows that the effect of ownership structure on corporate performance is not significant.However,the effect of industrial type on performance is significant.
