Abstract

Preliminary ruling procedure is one of the most interesting and important rules of the EC Treaty.In some specific cases,national courts may make references to the European Court of Justice before they made decisions.Its main purposes are to ensure only the ECJ have the jurisdiction to interpret EC law,to ensure the uniform application of EC law in all Member States.
