Abstract

The theory of the Ontology and its technology is used to define the proposal and the issues in the negotiation in the multi-agent and multi-issues negotiation system with service-oriented architecture which combines the characteristics of service-oriented architecture and multi-agent and multi-issues negotiation system.The individuation and the dynamic of the issues in a negotiation according to its requirement are implemented,the negotiation ability and the efficiency of a negotiation agent are improved and it work out of the limit of a certain negotiation object.
