Abstract

Objective To investigate taspiration rate after the incidence of stroke. In order to enhance the understanding of dysphagia after stroke. Methods 129 patients were enrolled in this study. All of them completed deglutition check(Videofluoroscophic swallowing study,VFSS) within 48 hours after admitted.Be divided into dysphagia group and no dysphagia group. After 6 months, judging prognosis of stroke patient by mRS scale score.Comparing prognosis of 2 groups. Results 63 patients with swallowing disorders(48.83%),66 no dysphagia cases in 129 patients, including 34 aspiration,11 quiet aspiration.6 months after, the 14 patients still swallowing disorder,4 patients still need gastric diet.No dysphagia group prognosis better than swallowing group(P0.05).Conclusion The high incidence of dysphagia after stroke, dysphagia influence the prognosis of patients with stroke.
