Abstract
Ultrasound for dyeing PLA at low-temperature with disperse dyes was studied. The results showed that the optimum dyeing conditions were power density 0.444 W/cm2,dyeing temperature 80 ℃ and dyeing time 30 minutes. The color fastness of ultrasonic low-temperature dyeing matched that of the conventional dyeing;the strength damage of PLA fabric dyed by ultrasonic low-temperature dyeing was significantly reduced.
