Abstract
In the wireless power transmission system for remotely implanted MEMS,the coupling coefficient is one of the most crucial factors affecting transmission efficiency.A coupling model was built up for two coils in arbitrary spacing.A formula for calculating coupling coefficient was induced. The relationship between coupling coefficient and axial, lateral and pitch misalignments was numerically analyzed. The results met with experiments quite well.By this method, finally, two ways of laying transmitting coil modes were compared.
