Abstract

The ability to build the socialist harmonious society is an important aspect of the building of the Party's ruling capacity in which the plays an important role in the establishment of the harmonious society.We should quicken the transformation of the government,try to build the service government,change the omnipotent government and limitless government into the responsible government and law-governing government so as to perform the functions of strengthening the public management and perfecting the public service.
