About the Legal Protection of the Development of Coal Resources in Shanxi Province

Abstract

It is an important task for establishment and improvement of the socialist market economy system in Shanxi province to cultivate and develop the coal market.The article first gives analysis of both advantages and disadvantages in the development of coal resources and then explores the coal development objectives conforming to the situation of Shanxi province so as to protect coal resources and improve the related laws and regulations system.
