Abstract
Samples were digested using microwave,ICP-OES was used to determinat the 13 major mineral elements in the 12 steam fixed green tea samples and 16 Roasted tea samples which from Daozhen Gelao Hmong Autonomous County of Guizhou.Test results showed that:tea samples rich in various mineral elements, because of the impact of the environment for the growth of tea,tea varieties, processing methods, mineral element content was different obviously.Mineral elements analysis was indicated that obvious synergy and antagonism existed between the tea element.Principal component analysis could analyze tea mineral elements characteristic differences to classify different tea samples.
