Abstract
Duloxetine hydrochloride is a relatively balanced and potent reuptake inhibitor of both serotonin and norepinephrine.It is used not only in treatment of depression,but also in treatment of stress incontinence and diabetic peripheral neuropathic pain.Duloxetine is also effective in the treatment of co-morbid chronic pain in depression,and we introduce the clinical practice and research progress about Duloxetine hydrochloride in recent years
