Abstract
In early 2011,the production of the 12 mm to 40 mm thick plate in cold bending happened when the cracking phenomena at Lingang.In sample analysis found that steel plate cracking parts cracking the main reason is existing in the steel strip sulfide,silicate inclusions segregation and too much steel blocks the continuity of matrix,causing stress fracture.Through the appropriate measures can reduce the inclusions produce.
