Abstract
The credit rating regulatory legislation being seriously lagging behind greatly restricts the construction of social credit system in China.Therefore,it's necessary to formulate a credit rating management law for regulating the development and operation of credit rating industry as soon as possible,and establish a unified,perfect legal system for regulating the credit rating industry with this law as a core.Specifically,it's necessary for the credit rating regulatory legislation in China to form a unified regulatory body with legal authorization,to establish sound credit rating market access and information disclosure systems,to strengthen and improve corporate governance of credit rating agencies,and to build a rigorous credit rating regulatory legal system.
