Abstract

It is very important to strengthen the construction of socialist democratic consultation and to improve the theory of democratic management in universities and colleges.Trade unions in universities and the parties concerned should improve the system of democratic management through Teachers' Congress,improve its content and form,and enhancing legal system construction.
