Firstly,this paper confines the concept of the accounting information so as to make clear the contained content and character of the listed company's accounting information.Secondly,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the process of disclosing the accounting information by the listed company and the investors' decision-making process in the special environmental condition.Finally,in order to improve the quality of the accounting information,this paper put forward the policy and measures to solve the problems of accounting information distortion in the listed company.
