Grounding resistance's value has direct impact on power supply and use personnel safety,equipment's normal operation and measurement data stability.Analysis was carried out to the area of grounding device,material,construction method and measurement method etc factors impacting on grounding resistance,straight line three-pole method and non-interpole measurement principle given.Correct measurement method and suitable,measures can effectively reduce grounding resistance.
