Abstract
The CONSTEEL process introduces a new concept in electric stee l -making.The process uses the furnace off-gas and fuel to preheat the scrap fed into the furnace. The environment inside and outside of the steel plant is improved by decreasing levels of noise and hazardous emissions.Energy cons umption decreases, and disturbances to the electric network are eliminated.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
